Spring in the PNW is Magical

Spring has arrived here in the PNW and so much has happened! We celebrated our first year in our home and our second anniversary recently. Josh finally received his second dose of the vaccine and things are looking up.

We have had an amazing week of sunny skies and mild weather all building up to an absolutely perfect Saturday. We had a small bonfire and invited our neighbors over for s’mores.

I was able to run into town and grab some new plants for the yard. I noticed there were empty pots that were calling for something—and this beautiful weather makes gardening even more fun.

I added some cala lilies and ranunculus to a former empty pot that was hiding behind our grill. One of my favorite things has been finding an arrangement of plants for the garden that produce color throughout the year.
