Our day started with an extensive French cooking class that included a visit to a local market to gather supplies for our meal. It was a three-course progressive sorta thing starting with a cauliflower puree with truffle oil, then a chicken cutlet with mashed potatoes and a red wine reduction sauce, finished with a poached pear and creme anglaise.
Feeling very full afterwards, we wandered around the Latin Quarter and popped into the Pantheon and Luxembourg Gardens.
The best thing about Paris is that you can easily walk ten miles without even noticing it. We wandered through the city back to our Airbnb and stopped along the way at anything that called us...so it took some time.
